Outlook 365 will not launch - says profile could not be opened

Purchased new Studio 2 - downloaded office 365 from our microsoft account.  Created my email and used email for 1 day.  Now it will not open Outlook.  Gets hung up on the profile loading and states could not open the profile files.  Can't use outlook from desktop version.  I have removed the profile under settings but it is not allowing outlook to open at all to create new profile.
