Outlook 365 will often not complete send/receive processes when I open Outlook. It hangs and never finishes. I then have to reboot the computer and then go back into Outlook. This sometimes solves the problem but not always. It is getting very frustrating to have to reboot my computer many times a day in order to get Outlook 365 to successfully complete the send/receive process. Any suggestions how I might fix this?

From what I know that version 1803 was causing that issue for us. We went ahead and upgraded to the latest version which was 19xx something. I would recommend a complete uninstall and re-install of semi-annual version of Office and yea stay away from version 1803. Let me know if you have any questions.
