My e-mail account at comcast just crashed, and I got the error message https://support.microsoft.com/en-us/office/outlook-crashes-deleting-three-or-more-emails-from-a-pop-...
However, I am using an IMAP account, not POP. I don't have any e-mails with headers only.
On my computer, the Outlook build is: Microsoft 365 MSO (16.0.13001.20338 64 bit)
I was able to access e-mail on my computer by creating another mail profile.
On my wife’s computer, the Outlook build is: 16.0.13001.20266 32 bit. Her e-mail (also comcast) is working ok, but mine is unable to download e-mail, with a synchronizing folders error.
