Outlook 2021 receiving 0x800CCC92 only on one email account

Yesterday my Outlook 2021 stopped working when getting email for my primary email account.  It continues to work fine for two others.  I keep getting 0x800CCC92 as an error message.

 

I have this account also set up on my iPhone using the same password.  It continues to work without any errors.

 

I also can access my email account using the same password on the same computer that Outlook 2021 does not work on.  I continue to get new emails there.

 

A search of the web has shown several solutions, none of which have addressed or repaired the issue.  Has anyone else come across this kind of error before?

Solution
It looks like the solution that finally worked for me was to run a series of IPCONFIG commands followed by a NETSH WINSOCK RESET and a reboot. All is well.
