Outlook 2021 can't send email to Poland.

Hi, I recently upgraded my Microsoft Office from 2016 to 2021 with my MacBook pro. Everything is fine with Office 2021 except Outlook 2021. I can receive emails without problems, and I can send most of the emails out, but all emails going to Poland (the email address ended with “.com.pl” or “.edu.pl”) are stuck in the outbox. Does anyone know the reason?
