Dear all,
I'm using Outlook 2019 with POP3 setting, some days ago I found that my PC loading Outlook so long.
My Outlook has 2 profile and both of them are the same.
My PC is not full internet permission, if I setting it has full internet permion the loading time is better.
So, I'd like to know why Outlook needs to connect to internet or somewhere during loading, can I stop it? and how?
