Outlook 2019 - why find filed moved to top window bar?

Till last week I have find field for emails under messages list. Now, withiut reason, it moved to top bar of the window. It is more worse.

Is here way to return it back?

I'm with you, except it would be nice if Microsoft made a toggle option in Outlook Settings.
