Outlook 2019 Export to CSV file how to keep note data in same row as contact

Copper Contributor

I have 2000+ contacts which have data in the notes field of the Contact address card.

When exporting to CSV file the data from the Notes Section of the Contact are placed in

a different Row from the Row in which all the other data for the Contact is placed.

How can I export and keep all the data together in one row?

How to set the criteria to Export data to CSV file and exclude data from the Notes Field

Thanks for the help

Select File.
Select Open & Export > Import/Export.
Select Export to a file > Next.
Select Comma Separated Values > Next.
Under the email account you want to export contacts from, select Contacts.
Select Browse... and go to where you want to save your .csv file.
Type in a file name and then select OK.
Select Finish.

@LuisPhillip29 , I follow those steps you offered.  The issue is when the CSV file is openned the data from the Notes field are exported to rows at the end of the Names of the Contacts and the other data related to the contact..

If I map and exclude the Note field from being mapped all the data for pertaining to a contact is align in the same Row.   If I Map the Notes field, the Note Data is exported to different rows other than the Contact Row.....
