outlook 2019 cannot open on my PC

After few days I upgraded outlook 2010 to Outlook 2019 it does not open anymore. I trid all the solutions explained on the microsoft help but it is still the case. Any solutions?

Have you tried running the Support and Recovery Assistant on your computer?
