outlook 2019 began failing this afternoon wanting me to sign in but will not accept my email address however the web version works fine and the android version works fine.

 When I try to sign in it states "you can't sign in here with a personal account. use your work or school account instead."  however I don't have a work or school account??????

@debbieroeger  I also facing the same problem, especially an email account with @outlook.com.

@debbieroeger  - same here. When adding @hotmail.com. account to work outlook client. @Outlook.com works without issues
