Outlook 2016 Meeting Reminder Weirdness Problem

I am reaching to see if anybody has experienced this issue I am seeing with Outlook 2016 Calendar items. This users mailbox was migrated to Exchange Online back in 2017, with no issues until recently and their have been no major changes to the users workstation or Office apps - we of course do monthly patching.


It happens to existing calendar entries, new calendar entries, recurring meetings...the reminder changes from minutes to hours and vice versa every time you hover over a meeting invite, the numbers change as well. 


Has anybody ever came across something like this?
