Outlook 2016 emails in outbox are slow to send.

Hi

I have a user that has been sitting with the same problem for a couple of days now.

Please note that I have done the entire shabang of testing but to no avail.

The emails in her outbox take abnormally long to send. All of these emails contain attachments, but no bigger than 5Mb per email. On average it takes about 45 minutes to send 50 emails. 

This never use to be the case and I find it odd that it is so slow now.

I have made use of the support assitant for Office 365 countless times, deleted all ost. files and recreated. Uninstalled Office 365 and reinstalled, the list goes on.

Is there any hotfixes that can resolve this problem?
