when I try to send an email, I get this message--

 

"Your message couldn't be delivered because you weren't recognized as a valid sender. The most common reason for this is that your email address is suspected of sending spam and it's no longer allowed to send email. Contact your email admin for assistance."

how can I fix this so I can send out emails?

Hello @sabina61 

 

This means that you are trying to send to a private group / distribution list. You need to be added as a group member in order to be able to send emails.

 

Ask your IT admin or another members with privileges to add people to the group and your issue should get sorted.
