We have set up the Out Of The Box Room Booking System to allow users to book various meeting rooms in various sites.   Seems to be working OK  and the functionality is all that we need. There are a couple of minor bugs which we are working through but nothing major.


Two issues

One is the UX is a bit bland has anyone came across somthing to improve it?

The other is how do you get  it to work in OWA?

We're going to need a lot more information than this. What is the booking system you refer to? Do you mean you've set up Room/Equipment mailboxes?
