Office365 OWA can not forward public folder emails

Copper Contributor

Hi all,

in my company we have Office365 tenant and we all use Outlook for Web. Until few days ago we could forward emails from any mail enabled public folder and now nobody can do this any more, we all get error message "This message can't be sent right now. Please try again later". I tried with installed Outlook application on Windows 10 PC and there is working fine, no errors. So problem is just in Web Outlook.

I already tried few steps without result:

- add full owner permissons to public folders

- clearing browser cache and history

- incognito mode in few different browser

- set users on "Send as" and "Send on Behalf" permissons

- sending on both internal or external email addresses

- with or without attachment

If anybody has some idea, I would be glad to try.

Thnx

@dejanr86  Getting the same thing...  would love to hear a solution.

Hi @ORB_Audio

for now it is only working with Firefox, but not the last version update.

Hi @ORB_Audio

another workaround is that you drag&drop email from Public folder to your Inbox and then you can forward it normally.

@dejanr86 That works - thanks so much!
