I have had this hotmail account for about 10 years and never had any problems. I use web outlook for my computer and on my phone I use the outlook app to receive, read and send emails.
Over the last few months I have had numerous problems receiving emails. I have had people send me emails that I never get. Not in my inbox, spam or any other way. If I switch to my gmail account they can send it and it shows up. This is getting worse.
I have several emails that are extremely important and they just will not show up. I can send an email to the person and even if the try to just reply back it does not show up.
How do I fix this?
