About two months ago, we switched to Exchange. About 5 days ago, we stopped receiving emails. I have no idea what to look for in terms of troubleshooting Exchange.
We do an automatic copy to a Yahoo email account and I'm seeing emails appear there - they just aren't making it into Outlook on our computers.
Any suggestions?

So the problem seems not to be Outlook...
Have you perhaps activated the forwarding to Yahoo without leaving the emails also in Exchange?

I found the problem. Apparently, we got hacked. All our incoming email rules were deleted and a rule was put in place that said mark all messages as read and then move them to the trash folder.
I've changed our password and started rebuilding our rules. Thanks for your help!
