No Search results for Outlook on Office 365 for Mac Ventura MacBook Pro 14 m1

Can someone tell me how to fix this search problem for Outlook using Office 365 on a MacBook Pro 14 M1 chip and macOS Ventura 13.4. If I use the new Outlook version the search works but not as it should.
