New time zone change not reflected in Outlook/365 (country changed the date when they change clocks)

As noted here, https://techcommunity.microsoft.com/t5/daylight-saving-time-time-zone/jordan-2022-time-zone-updates-... Jordan recently changed the date that they move their clocks for spring and autumn.

While Microsoft has modified it properly in Windows it has not in Outlook, Office or 365. As a result if one attempts to schedule a meeting with one person in Jordan (or using Jordan as their time zone) and another person in a different time zone the meeting is not scheduled for the correct time in both respective time zones.

For those of us who do business between Jordan and other countries it is creating a nightmare which will only increase as other countries change times in the coming weeks.

Any advice?
