New Outlook. Shared mailboxes that users got access to are not showing up.

So i just moved to try the new outlook to get ahead of the issues we might have when we move. 


One huge problem i can already see is that the mailboxes users had access to are not showing?

i can add mailboxes manually but we have multible shared mailboxes that does not require logins normally. i do not have a password for 99% of them.


Normally the mailbox just shows up when you get full access to it.

So i found the shared mailboxes. seems like they are under my own mail instead of a seperate mailbox.

That is not easy to know when you for years have been working with shared mailboxes as seperate accounts. 🤷‍:male_sign:
