Dear Community,
I recently started using the new Outlook for MacOS and have encountered a few issues. The first issue relates to rules not running correctly. These rules are basic and are only intended to move incoming mail to a specific folder.
The second issue is more problematic. I am not receiving new emails from certain accounts. When I search for the contact, I can only see emails from 2020, and none of the recent emails for the past two years show up.
When I switch back to Apple Mail, the emails are present in the inbox. Can anyone suggest a solution to this problem? Currently, I have reverted to Legacy Outlook, but this only seems to work for one or two rules.

Edit: All of the software and apps are up to date.
