When using New Outlook and the web version, you have complete control over customizing the left navigation. This means you can personalize it to your preferences by rearranging the app icons or removing the ones you don't use. If you want to bring back any removed icons, you can easily do so in the left navigation pane.
You can also change the color scheme from colorful to a black outline and even display the app's name. However, it's important to note that you cannot relocate the left navigation to the bottom of the screen.
Nevertheless, the customization options enable you to tailor the left navigation according to your needs.
