New Account Autoconfigure Pulls Incorrect Servers for IMAP Account

I've noticed that the new account setup process seems to pull incorrect IMAP/SMTP server information when it tries to auto configure the account based on the email address. I have the correct SRV records configured in DNS for our domain, is there somewhere else that the Outlook clients (seems to apply to Windows/Mac/mobile/Win10Mail) get that information from?

Srv records are pretty much the last instance, Outlook will try a number of other methods first as described here:


A common issue is cPanel "taking over" the process, if you are using this for the root website check the options there.

Unfortunately that logic only seems to apply to Exchange account setup, different logic seems to be used for IMAP account setup and unfortunately I can't seem to find any documentation for it :\
