Need to stop having UI change

I have a very frequent issue where Microsoft seems to update the look/layout of Outlook every few months, then I get a bunch of calls from people saying their shared calendars disappeared, they can't find what they're looking for, or they're generally confused because things moved around on them. I don't *want* things to keep changing, I want them to stay the same so our users can continue to do their work. Is there a way, short of disabling updates, to STOP having this happen? It's extremely frustrating and unnecessary.
