Hi @BZ_Lotfi,

The image you sent shows an email from Microsoft informing you that your account has been verified and that you will receive a password reset email. However, the email also states that it may take up to a month for the reset email to arrive.

This is because Microsoft has security measures in place to protect your account from unauthorized access. One of these measures is to delay the sending of password reset emails. This gives Microsoft time to investigate any suspicious activity on your account and to ensure that the reset email is being sent to the correct person.

I understand that it can be frustrating to have to wait so long to receive a password reset email, but it is important to remember that this is a security measure designed to protect your account.

If you have already waited more than a month and still have not received a password reset email, you may want to contact Microsoft support for assistance.
