Multiple Outlook PST files are corrupted due to unknown reason - Any solution to Repair them

Hello Experts,

                      In past few days my numbers of outlook PST files are corrupted, so that i can't open them into Outlook. But seriously i don't know why they corrupted. Is there any Outlook PST Repair solution which me to repair my PST files, cause the data in these PST files are very impotent. 

Any suggestion to repair my PST files, I also try Microsoft scanPST.exe repair tool but which is not able to repair my files. Totally frustrated Now.
