Have been using Outlook on old Samsung S10e without issue. Linked to my internet/email provider and emails came through w/o issue; however, I did have issues getting that setup.
No having similar issues on new Galaxy A32. Outlook comes up, inbox empty. Cell settings / Accounts / Manage Accounts / setup Personal (IMAP) using my internet / email provider info. I went as far as printing out exact info provided by our service provider, but when I try to add this account to Outlook receive:
Login Error
The connection to your mail server timed out. Please check your mail settings. Have gone through this process at least 10x seriously. I have doubled checked info each time against cheat sheet. How do I get this email to link into Outlook? Service provider said to contact MS. Thank you

Hello!
Probably it's the Galaxy settings that cause it!
your phone is probably blocking cookies and it causes login blocking and java must be enabled, you need to compare the settings of your old phone and do the same!
ask on Galaxy to customize settings for Microsoft
