I use two e-mail addresses for my work. One personal and one for the team. This means that the one for the team is viewed by several people. In order to process the incoming e-mails by arrivals and not to miss an e-mail sent to the team, a copy of the team e-mails arrives in my personal mailbox. Convenient for customers but problematic for the team who does not know what has been treated and what has not been treated. Technically, it should be possible to create a mirror of the team e-mails so that as soon as they are read from my personal mailbox they are automatically read in the team mailbox.
