Hello,
I received an outlook meeting invite from an external client. Then I forward the same meeting invite from my outlook calendar to my colleagues adding some internal messages who are already attendees(Person A & B) of the initial meeting invite.
When I forwarded the Outlook meeting request to my colleagues(Person A & B) and added text to the message body, did it copy all the other original recipients of the meeting request? Is everyone can view the added message including the meeting organizer?
I am really tensed about the situation as the message contains some confidential information.
I would really appreciate anyone can help me with some answers.
