Microsoft 365 outlook does not have the schedule the teams meeting icon - only Skype or zoom is show

How do I get the Schedule a team meeting to appear on my outlook ribbon?  I only have "Schedule a meeting for Zoom"  and "start instant meeting".  I tried Add-ins, it is not there, I looked at disabled Add-ins, it is not there.  I have the latest 365 update on my PC - 14 November.

your issue could be connected to this Microsoft 365 Service Health Advisory from Microsoft 365 admin center: "Users may be intermittently unable to create new Microsoft Teams meetings using add-ins in Outlook for Windows"

Thanks Leon. But I am running 365 office, using Outlook for calendar, and no add-in is showing.
