Mailbox Delegation - Sendet Email as different user gets in the wrong "Sendet Folder"

Brass Contributor

Hello @everybody

Sending an email as another person (e.g. instead of my own email i send it as max.mustermann@mycompany.ch) with mailbox delegation works perfect.

The only problem i have, is that if i have a look at the sendet object (e.g. in max.mustermann's sendet folder), there is no sendet email.

But instead of him, i get the sendet email in my own sendet folder.

Does anybody know how to change that automatically in the right sendet folder, so i dont have to move every sendet emails to his sendet emails?

Kind regards

Note In this key path, the placeholder x.0 represents 16.0 for Outlook 2016, Outlook for Office 365 and Outlook 2019, 15.0 for Outlook 2013, 14.0 for Outlook 2010, 12.0 for Outlook 2007, and 11.0 for Outlook 2003.

  1. Select the DelegateSentItemsStyle value.
  2. On the Edit menu, click Modify
  3. Type 1, and then click OK.
  4. Exit Registry Editor
  5. Start Outlook

Thanks for your Response

I searched "DelegateSentItemsStyle" in Regedit, but it looks like I dont have the "Preferences" File or Folder (I have the Outlook for Office 365).

Here you can see my available path-options:

@B_Gen, alternatively you can use an addin for Outlook. Just google for UniSent tool.
