About two weeks ago, several of our clients lost the ability to open encrypted messages sent to a Shared mailbx that they have full access to. Opening the message in the Outlook client gives an error that the message has been moved or deleted. Users can still open OWA, open the shared mailbox, and see the message that way. These are multiple clients in multiple tenancies, completely separate. Only thing I can find seems to say it does not work in Outlook, but it DID work. Anyone have thoughts?
