Looking for static notifications for meetings

I am using Outlook for my work and have a number of regular Teams meetings scheduled.  My problem is that the alert flags do not stay on my screen, and if I am on a phone call or have stepped away from my computer, I may miss the reminder.  I am looking for a solution to make sure I am not late/don't miss a meeting because I did not see the flag reminder - a static alert that remains on the desktop until I dismiss it manually would be ideal, I would be happy to use a third party desktop app if there is one that will integrate with outlook & teams.  Does anyone have any ideas?
