We were hacked and reset our passwords and when we tried to authenticate with a text message, it was a landline number, when we tried to change to a cell phone, it locked out us for 30 days. We can not recover any way. I can not lose email access for 30 days, please help. Here is the message, it does not allow us to cancel the request.
