A couple of months ago, I bought a MacBook Pro (14-inch, 2021) with an Apple M1 Pro chip. I have an Office 365 subscription and use the latest version (16.62) of Microsoft Outlook for Mac.
However, I cannot search for any contacts, emails or any other items in the App that predate the purchase of my new MacBook and installation of the App. I have to use a workaround by going online via my browser. The App has been updated several times since but the problem persists.
I encountered the same problem. I just migrated to a new MacBook Pro with Apple M1 Pro chip. I'm using MacOS Monterey (12.4) and Office 365 Outlook (16.63). Searching gives no search results. How to solve this?
