Junk email rules

Because I have been recieving many Junk emails at work, I have turned on the feature to send any non work domain emails to my Junk mail. This poses a problem for machine generated emails like monitoring alerts or other work related emails. In order to resolve this, I'd love to be able to apply rules to my junk folder so that I can route the emails to the correct place automatically, rather than me manually doing it.
