I would like to ask, if it's possible to make rules for managing Outlook contacts?
I have problem, that I need to take contacts from SP list and create Outlook contacts in a sharedmailbox-contacts. I wanted to implement it using power automatate. But this is not yet possible. Therefore, the only way I can think of is to create a contact in a personal outlook folder and, using automation (rules), copy it to a sharedmailbox-contacts.
Is it therefore possible to create rules for outlook contacts?
Does anyone have advice on how I can solve my problem?
