Issues with Signature formatting - Reply does not appear under line break.

I have an issue in Outlook 365 desktop client where when replying to messages the signature does not move the message being replied to below it appropriately. The message being replied to will start to the right of the signature instead of below it. See below. We are using an official Microsoft signature template #2 and from what I can tell the textbox of the template does not stretch across the entire message. 

Any advise?

@Jdanzer  also having the same issue. Email signature isn't holding formatting once a reply is sent. Hoping someone may have a suggestion on how to fix this issue. The only temp solution I have found is to save the whole signature as a photo, but that's not ideal...
