Soo I recently realized I don't have much storage left (due to soo many emails) and setting the rule every which way that made sense to me just isn't working out. So just know if someone wants to tell me what the conditions, actions, exceptions should be set to it would be very much appreciated!!!!
The things I need is...
1. Anything before March 1, 2022 I want to delete to clear up storage.
2. There are emails that I received and have also sent to one certain person ( attachments included ) that I absolutely have to keep.
3. This one isn't a necessity like the previous two listed, so no big deal if it can't happen, but if I can also keep any other emails with attachments, that would be amazing!
Like I said earlier, I've tried every possible way I thought it could be and just haven't had the correct luck. so if someone takes the time out of their day to help me through having a brain fart. Just know, I am very thankful!
