I want to prohibit outlook to send mails from a specific email account.

How in the world do I make it so mails DON'T send from the Info account which is managed in my outlook client but only from my personal email regardless of where they are sent to?

In order to send from such address, you need to be granted permissions (Send As/Send on behalf of/delegate) - so just ask your IT folks to remove them. If you mean the address being automatically populated in Outlook when composing new message - that depends on how the other account/mailbox is added, so please elaborate on that part.
