I have a problem in my outlook after format my computer. the problem the emails that send to me from an email group I can't see it in the group but I can see it just when I search by name of the sender. also the last 4 month email in the same group didn't appear on that group. I try to download the outlook again after I delete it .
notice the outlook in my mobile work properly and all the emails appear normally just the desktop and the laptop copy didn't work correctly
anybody face this problem before and can solve it
