I can't read the body of the email !!

I'm trying to read the content of my emails, this error is only occurring on 2 computers of the company (the others remain normal), does anyone have any opinion about this error? Thank you very much in advance

estou com o mesmo problemas com alguns clientes, e aconteceu hoje a tarde também.
Se obter alguma solução me ajuda também por favor.
