I have had the problem for a little more than half a year and have been using the web version since. I've updated everything, reinstalled, tried researching anything that might help but nothing has worked. I've downloaded all the apps and the only app that I can sync to is OneDrive, I can log on my account onto the other apps but they don't sync, the apps like powerpoint, word and excel are still usable but don't sync, but when using the OneNote app, nothing pops up at all. Also an app I can use is Teams but thats not part of the office 365 package I had to download which has the problems. Please can anyone help me? (also i have multiple friends who have the same problem, I'm also a student at Botany Downs Secondary College)
