Hi experts,
I need some guidance to setup outlook rule that will work without turning on my laptop. I suppose i need to set this up via Outlook web. Here's the requirement:
For each incoming email:
If the sender email domain contains "gmail.com" or "yahoo.com" or "hotmail.com", reply to sender with reply template A, then move the email to folder "external mail".
else Reply with template B, then move the email to folder "process inbox".
