How to set auto delete, for old mails in Outlook

Hello Vasil,

Below are the 3 ways to do so:

1. You can either create a retention policy in Outlook by going to Home tab > Assign Policy.
2. Or you may also create rules to delete such emails.
3. Or you may refer the below article that suggests few third party tools to delete old emails in outlook: https://www.extendoffice.com/documents/outlook/2177-outlook-delete-all-emails-older-than.html
