How to force loading of ad-ins in outlook 365?

A certain outlook 365 ad-in doesnt load half of the times we start outlook, because Outlook "thinks" the ad-in makes outlook start to slow!

Its a vital ad-in, so I would like to force outlook to load the ad-in! - How du i do that?

Set a registry key to force it. It will only be disabled if it crashes outlook.
