How does Outlook verify revocation of S/MIME email certificates.

Hi everyone,

I was using Microsoft Outlook to send S/MIME encrypted and encrypted mails.
I have revoked my certificate and tried sending signed emails. Surprisingly, the outlook did not throw any error. 
Does outlook check revocation of s/mime certificates?

@Bhaskar1590 I have the same finding and am looking for an answer - Outlook on Mac client had no errors with no access to CRL while Windows Outlook at least mentioned CRL unreachable.
