I just permitted an Outlook update on my Android Samsung phone. My hotmail account is now not working. When I open my email account on my phone the email screen shows for 1 second and then automatically closes. I don't have time to do anything. I tried turning the phone off and back on which didn't help. I did a "force stop" on the Outlook app and that didn't help either. I don't see anywhere for me to "undo" the update. I am not techy so please be patient with me. Can anyone tell me what to do next and/or why this is happening after the update? My email account is my lifeline. Please, any help is very much appreciated. I didn't know where else to go. Thank you.
