When I use Outlook via my web browser, I have my settings set to "group conversations" WHICH I LOVE. I would like to do exactly the same thing on my Outlook Windows App, however, when I try to "group emails", the problem I find is once I have sent an email to a client, I will not see that "sent" email in my group conversation till that client has responded to that email. Essentially, I never see the last email sent to that person unless they respond to that email.
Outlook Web doesn't do that, even if that person hasn't responded, I can still see the last email "I" sent to that person.
How can I set up the Outlook app to essentially do the same thing?
