I find the need to frequently provide a list of open time slots available for scheduling meetings within an email message to provide potential participants times when a group training session or meeting can be offered. This allows them to select a time before scheduling it on calendars. It is quite a chore to look at my calendar and type up the dates, times, and include the time zone. Would it be possible to insert all open times for <date span> from the calendar to an email message?
